    New mods done to my Z1

    Hey guys so passed week I got some things done to my 2013 Z1 figured is share. Definitely want to shout out to CHPTHRIL for answering all my questions and for all the help, and WILDWILLIS for hooking me up with a good deal on my new stereo equipment.

    So first thing was I added a WS-10FA sub and an 5 channel polkaudio amp. Now I got my tower speakers running off one amp, and my other amp running Inboats and sub. I wasn't looking for crazy bass just some bass which is exactly what I got by doing this. Everything got tuned out and sounds loud, clear and perfect. Here is a couple pics of my amp set up and sun add on:




    Second thing is a lot less common on here and was very difficult to find someone to do. Got the windows tinted 30% (wish I would of done 20%) but I guess it looks good anyways. It was hard finding someone willing to take on the challenge of tinting these windows in one piece. Charged me 350$ for those that are curious took about 3.5/4 hours. Job is well some although there are a few small blemishes that would of not been there had the guy taken a bit longer which kinda bothers me. Regardless I'm happy with result goes well with the red and black theme of the boat. Sorry for crappy pics boat is in my garage.

    I had to delete my last posting which was the exact same due to the pictures being all messed up. However, I had someone ask me on the last page where I got my windows done. So hopefully this reply finds that person haha. Windows were done at my house by a shop called "Nicks Window Tint" located out of Santa Monica, CA. Feel free to PM me if you would like more info.

        Very Nice! Mine are tinted at 20% and I think its too dark. Very hard to see out of sometimes. I think you will like the 30% very well.

            Thanks for the compliments guys! Z1s do come with the sub if you'd like but I got my boat at the LA boat show in February and it was pretty much LOADED minus the sub. I could of added it but at the time really didn't think I was going to care for a sub. However as you all know that changed quickly. Truth is glad I did it on my own. Total cost for amp+sub+install was far cheaper than what the dealer would of charged.

              It was reasonably easy if you have someone that knows how to install the amp. In the newer models the boats already come prewired for pretty much everything. All you need is to get the amp hooked up(usually about $100 to have it done by a shop) other than the amp it's literally plug and play. "CHPTHRIL" on here could give u endless info for your specific model and what the best way to go is.

                      I didnt notice that. Thats funny, sure goes well...this boat has required a lot of what that ATM can deliver $$$$
