FRESH AIR EXHAUST (FAE) GROUP BUY FOR TIGE OWNERS

I hope that everyone is having a great summer! Here at FAE we continue to have a record breaking year. While many forums have already had a chance to run a summer group buy, we realized that the Tige Owners have not. So, to show our appreciation we are running a Tige Group Buy beginning tomorrow, August 18 – August 31, 2014. We just need 5 orders to make and each order will receive $50 off. You can use PROMO CODE TigeBoats14 to save $50 when ordering online. Any questions can be sent to mail@boatpipes.com or learn more by going to FreshAirExhaust.com.
    Thanks again,
    Larry

I am guessing that the pics are of your new design? What are the advantages of it compared to the old design?

      I'm a new(er) boat owner so I've got a question...... What's the purpose of this device ?

Go to their site for more info, but it is mainly to reduce exhaust from getting out of the water when surfing at slow speeds and hitting the rider in the face possibly causing carbon monoxide poisoning. It also reduces the sound decibel of the engine exhaust as some of the marine engine are loud! Reduces it by quite a bit. Look at their site it will help, but they are extremely pricey!! I just turn the stereo up if I don't want to listen to exhaust

Posting to answer a few questions:
First, FAE is THE QUIETEST AND CLEANEST CUSTOM BOAT EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR ALL INBOARD BOATS.

FAE does not a affect boat handling, performance, or wake
Fresh Air Exhaust reduces Carbon Monoxide levels up to 98%
FAE reduces exhaust noise levels up to 75%
FAE Sucks .....the exhaust out of the boats engine.
FAE is an American made, family owned and operated business.
An independent study by the Center for Disease Control, reported a reduction of Carbon Monoxide levels in the boat of up to 90% and to wake surfers/riders up to 80% with FAE.

The pics posted are to show a few variations in our systems. The first is of a single exhaust, the second is our new "Y" design. There is no difference in performance, only aesthetics. We basically do a way with two of the rubber hoses and have one solid piece of stainless tubing. The new design is typically an additional $20.

While we understand that owning a boat can get pricey, and purchases typically have to be budgeted, we definitely feel this is an addition you'll be happy you made. We strongly believe in our systems and their purpose and have over 1800 satisfied customers, many of which, purchase additional systems when they upgrade their boats. We also accept payments from PayPal where many of our customers take advantage of the Bill Me Later/PayPal Credit to spread out their expense over six months with no interest.

We are always happy to answer any questions. You can reach us directly at mail@boatpipes.com or 512.647.7321.

This was one of the first upgrades I did on my boat when I got it. It makes a huge difference, at least my boat, in boat the Carbon Monoxide and sound. I will say that working with Dr Larry was easy as well. My buddy couldn't believe the difference in what the FAE did and ended up getting one this spring for his '06 SANTE. He had to have some custom stuff done so it would fit in his garage and also had a great experience working with Dr Larry. He was impressed by the difference and wished he would've upgraded a couple years ago.

Any more its super expensive to put gas in these.

I like the look and simplicity of the the single piece Y version. How is the spray off this one, since its not adjustable like the original 2 piece pipe?

Our boat came with the Nautique "Surf Pipe" which I believe is made by FAE. The 450 in our new boat is quiter than the 343 was in our old - I believe alot of this has to do with the FAE "Surf Pipe". Makes for a much quiter ride, plus the obvious benifits of reduced CO2.

We've had great feedback on the look. This option is not available for every model, as we need certain vertical clearance for it to work. Each one-piece is made custom for the boat (we have to verify measurements) to ensure that there is no negative affect on the wake, spray, etc. If anyone is interested in this particular design, please let us know by emailing, calling, or placing note in the comments box when you order.

I installed it on my boat and I can't say enough about it. Since I was a kid, I always equated that afternoon/evening "post day-out-on-the-lake" headache with being up early, tired from skiing/wakeboarding all day, etc.

I can very honestly say, I have not had a headache after a day on the lake since I installed FAE......adjusting for the occasional kid/wife/wally-induced one.

I'm now convinced that carbon monoxide was the culprit all these years. Having a 2 year old and another on the way, I would not own a boat without FAE. And Larry is super responsive and great to work with.
