It doesn't matter what the problem is at this point. An entire lost summer, multiple trips to the dealer, cost, expense not the mention the brief time it was usable the stress of not trusting a brand new boat for reliability.

Tige needs to take the boat back and make it right.

You said you called Harvey at Tige 3 weeks ago and that he wasn't aware of the problems you were having. Now that he is aware, is Tige doing anything about it or are they just letting the dealer take care of it still and just supplying them with advice or parts if they ask? Most people on here say to call Harvey because he will take care of it. It looks like it might be time to get lawyers involved because threat of legal action usually gets the attention of those beyond the service department. It is amazing how quickly things can get resolved when a letter shows up from a lawyer. Unfortunately in your case it might be too late now to salvage your summer. Good luck and hopefully you get your boat running in time to enjoy the last bit of summer or perhaps a new boat for next summer.

Wow, you've truly been patient and unlucky. Hard to get confidence back in a boat that has failed you so many times (same for the dealer...)!!

I second everyone's assertion that you should go to TIGÉ directly.

        Good luck!!

Again I love the boat when it's running, since it may run 20 minutes or hours before quiting how can you tell or trust that it is ever fixed??????
If it goes back again I need a loaner for the holiday!!!!
I don't get the feeling they work take the boat back even on a trade in without me paying a lot like.

I think that if I could trade in toward a comparably equipped 2015 for an additional $5,000.
I hope you can get it resolved quickly, I couldn't imagine having an issue like that. At least Tige has a warranty program to help out. My friend bought a Supreme that kept throwing alarms and shutting the boat down. Supreme covered the bill for a few times and when the issue still wasn't resolved Supreme in not so many words told him to get bent the boat didn't have a warranty and they felt they had done enough. So as bad as it is at least you're not alone and it's someone else's responsibility to cover the bill until the issue is resolved.

Good luck and keep us posted.

The boat is back at the Dealer today.

I am not sure what to do next or expect from them, nice day today I think I will get some use out of my paddle boards or Sea Doo... LOL

Not really funny but trying to keep from blowing a gasget!!!!

As much as I would be frustrated too, it is going to be pretty hard to diagnose a problem that didn't occur for 8 hours this time.

Best wishes that they find something to fix and get your confidence back.
              Be excellent to one another.

If they cannot reproduce the problem (thus not fix it) I would suggest that they plum in a fuel pressure gauge (at the rail) and leave it there. If it starts acting up you can look to see if fuel pressure is not normal. That would help to push the problem solving along.

I've solved problems like this on cars when dealers can't find out what is wrong. Intermittent problems are a bitch.

IMO, I would also look to the fuel 'sock' around the pickup. We had some cars that would do the same thing after some amount of time. Shut them off, cool down, everything worked fine. As it turned out the material in the sock/screen had changed and with heat it would get flexible and suck down so no flow. Supplier changed the material a bit, it passed all tests... except the important one, the consumer.

So I have had this issue when I got the boat used. Dealer could not figure it out. I know of another on here that had the same issues. When I was back working on the batteries I bumped a wire that came apart and was corroded at the inline fuse connection. Problem solved. When I told the dealer about it he said " oh yeah. We had that same issue right after the PO bought the boat". Check all wires and connection as well as grounds. I found a loose ground the other day on the ground bar back by the battery. Wiggled it and the engine would change the way it was running. That's the reason for intermittent problems. Of course as Chp says could be electronics getting hot too.

I left my dealer a message about checking wire connections, this could maybe be why I cannot get a solid reception with the stereo?

I need a reliable boat for the holiday weekend, sick of being stranded.

I doubt the wires have anything to do with the stereo reception. My 2014 Z3 runs like a champ, but the radio reception still sucks....after about a 1 1/2 minutes I plugged in the Iphone and never looked back.
Good luck with your issue, I hope you have a trouble free Labor Day and fall to enjoy your boat.

I have the boat back for the weekend, dealer could not reproduce the problem and found nothing wrong?
I will again use it on my own lake knowing it will most likely die out on me again.

I've been as patient as possible and if they have really tried to resolve the problem the best they can I understand it would be frustrating to them also.

Bottom line though is I will be demanding my money back or a new boat for next year, this one needs to go back to the manufacturer for sure, once resolved it will be an awsome boat for someone.

I am willing to pay a minimal or reasonable amount to make this happen, no money or profit should be made to make this right and get me a new trouble free boat that I paid for!!!

I suggest videoing when the problem occurs. That way you have proof, and you can show people how it behaves and what it sounds like when the problem is happening. Take many minutes of video, with you commenting while you're trying things. "Now I will try starting the engine again." "You can see that it isn't working properly because when I do [this], it doesn't do [that]."

Where is that 'like' button. I think that is a great idea.

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to use the boat this weekend, all of the get togethers were at other lakes and with a shakey weather forecast I was not feeling like taking a chance of being stranded in a storm.

I will run it this week on my own lake and do a phone video when it starts dying out again, should have done that before.
I do have many witnesses that have been on the boat when it quit on me.

It's too bad they didn't put a fuel pressure gauge on the rail early on in the problem and leave it there for you to watch. It sure would help point the problem one way or another. At this point I bet you don't want to be their trouble shooter...
