We have a 13 Z1 that will be for sale very soon (pending successful demos next week). This was our 1st inboard and didn't know how it would work. Coming from an 18' I/O we thought it would be good. Looking for more room/storage.

You are leaving the brand due to a poor dealer, so your sale doesnt factor in. Dandy seems to be trading up. New models siting in inventory could be a result of dealers over ordering since it was the 1st year of the redesign. Used with low hours could be the dealer trading out those boats because they are now used and he can list them on the WWW. Put that owner in another boat that they basically lease for a season. Could be other factors as well, but if there is a flaw, they must be talking about it over on the ASR owners forum, not hear

The whole territory thing is crap! You don't see ford gm or dodge with tactics like that! If I find a better deal online a few hundred miles away I'm traveling for sure. I try to be loyal to one dealer but if they don't have what I want when I want it and for the price I want it I'm goin down the road!' Just that simple. Really limits the ability to get a strong network of dealers that work together. They have a sense of entitlement when they think they "own" a certain territory. Makes them less desirable to me and others I'm sure.

The boat itself was not great in choppy water , not rough water ,but in choppy water, she will get you home but it won't be pleasant , but the biggest thing I found was it felt tippy ,specially if you catch another boats wake , it could literally put the z1 on its edge or side , a very uncomfortable feeling if not dangerous , and I found just the general finish not very good , like the wiring was not neat or fuses all over the place , and the soft bladder style bags are crap and the tt is something else ,but on the other hand , it's a very good looking boat , very roomy , the z tower is bullet proof and very rigid , the power was very good , the swim grid awesome , . But chp might be able to comment on other boats electrical systems and how neat things are tucked up underneath.I am stickler for neatness and accessibility, and tige is bad for that , coming from three campion boats in the last , let me tell you , the wiring was top notch , and fuses in one of two accessible spots makes Trouble shooting a snap , and build quality of those boats are the best in the business , and warranty is awesome with three dealers in close proximity to me

I agree that it is weight sensitive and Tippy, I do have to place people in the boat even if we are cruising..... But mine handles chop very well and I've had it out in some pretty rough water, I just put the taps to 8 and plow through as Chop is normal here........ How big were your other boats? Overall I am pleased with the Fit and Finish of Tige, and I Have received compliments from a number of Malibu owners that it was top notch. been lucky I have not had to TS any electrical issues yet and TT has been working fine but I am sure I will see some of the issues that others have been experiencing. Overall we are very happy with it, Its a boat and it is going to cost you money and its going to give you some heartache occasionally.

OActually boats looks good , that's what i meant fit is good ,but finish lacks , pop your head under the dash and along the gunnals and you'll see what I mean and I had lots of stripped off screws heads and the like and wires going everywhere and fuses dangling and wires pinched and a few I caught before rubbing themselves raw, like the fuel fill lines rubbing against the engine block , this is what I mean about finish , not the stuff you can see, it's the stuff you can't , it's called pride of workmanship

I know prices have gone up some since we ordered our 2012 but it has WAY more options than the one you are looking at and it was 7k cheaper OTD. 4 Rev 10s, clamping racks, pro ballast plus all the options you are getting minus the Z cline chair.
