    Tower speaker help

I know it should be an easy fix but wanted to get some opinions. I installed my tower speakers yesterday and took my boat to a local audio shop today to let them install the amp. Simply because I didn't want to buy an amp kit and all that. Well I picked my boat up from the shop after hours so no one was there. Got home and now my tower speakers blair loud with the volume on my unit at 0?

The tower speaker amp RCA are connected to the head-unit RCAs that are full volume. Move them to the front (gray), rear (black) or non-fade (purple) RCA outputs.
