iMovie Wakesurf Editing Tutorial

So for the last few years I get lots of questions about cameras, editing, software, storage, etc. We have developed a very efficient workflow and I share some of that. I truly love recording and memorialize our family's surfing through fun edits.Here is a 1 min video showing Thomas' surf progression over the last couple of weeks:

Great video Robert thanks for the tips and shortcuts. What version of iMovie are you using? Mine has a different layout. Going to have to try some of that slow motion stuff.

It is the latest version, 10.0.4.

Thanks for posting Robert. Gonna look at this video later and see what I can learn. I use iMovie a lot for my off road practices and races but have a ton of lake and cable footage I need to edit. I love to shoot video but hate having to spend hours editing. Usually Im working on the computer rather than playing.

YW, and yes, it is no fun spending hours editing and working through footage. It is one of the things I discuss at the beginning, you need a good workflow.
