I think if you put the camera lower in the bilge, you will find that it is coming from the prop shaft seal and the rotation of the prop shaft is spinning the water up to where you see it on the film, but you would need a lower angle to confirm that.Be excellent to one another.

Prop shaft seal. Not sure which is on your boat but if it's a dripless with water plumed through it, you can try to pull it back against it's spring (while engine off). It may be just something between seal faces and moving it a bit will clear it out. That was the case once for me (on my cruiser) and this fixed it.
edit - When I say "against it's spring", I mean the rubber boot towards front of boat.
