How much speed are you actually picking up? Also does this change with weight? Im actually working on my 2100V right now with the same issues. I put all new spark plugs, drained my fuel and filled it with fresh fluid, changed water separator. , even bought a new prop. Everything actually helped and I could tell a difference but there was no way I could pull up a wakeboarder. We had just enough speed and take off for surfing. Couldnt even do the tubing nonsense. With 5-7 people in the boat it felt like something was holding us back. RPM's would only rev up to about 2500-3000 maybe. It always took a minute. The only way i could plane out was to move all 5-6 people to the front of the boat and even then took 100yds or more.
So after all that yesterday I was messing around and took the fuel injectors out. I was just messing around hoping to see a dirty one. After taking them out and checking the fuel rail I found nothing. I put everything back together and when I went to plug in all the fuel injectors i noticed the two rear port side injectors felt loose on the connection. Took them back off and the electrical connnection snapped. I was so mad I thought I broke them. I went ahead and checked the spark plugs on the same side. Low and behold the two spark plugs on the faulty injectors side were still brand new and clean. All other 6 plugs showed wear. Just ordered the plugs from www. fuelinjectorconnection.com. Ordered the 861260T injector. Paid $79.95. Im hoping this is my problem and letting you know maybe you could check your injectors as well. Just so you know fuel rail pretty much comes up easily but the injectors are a little harder to pull up. I ended up having to use plyers to pry them out as they were in there pretty tight. just be careful to not mess up the ends with the plyers. You actually dont even need to pull them out I would just check your connections. Dont be too rough but the connnection area shouldnt be too loose. Side to side wont get much jiggle. I Found mine to be loose with the up and down jiggle. Good luck keep me posted. When I get mine figured out which I hope to this week Ill let you know.

The ignition sensor needs to be replaced, the original unit is not potted and will corrode over time and cause ignition issues. The potentiometer being described is the throttle position sensor and is located on the side of the throttle body. It translates the cable movement into throttle position for the ECM. The tps part number is 853678T. It wouldn't hurt to check fuel rail pressure, should be 30psi +- 2psi. Like above, check the injector connections, plugs to determine if you've got a dead or misfiring cylinder and if you have champion spark plugs, replace with ac delco mr43LTS or NGK BR6FS but NO Champions, they're notorious for issues.Last edited by boatwakes; 07-11-2014, 01:46 PM.Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...

So after doing all the basics I ended up having two bad fuel injectors. Both on the same side. So pretty much have been running on v6 this entire time. Boat always started, seemed fine, sounded good, but just no power. The connectors were loose then snapped off when i disconnected the wiring. Also to verify my faulty injectors I had replaced all the spark plugs on a previous run. After checking all the spark plugs 6/8 were burnt and looked used and 2 looked brand new. Same side as bad injectors.

Have a feeling you got some bad gas - had this happen... twice this year! Never had it happen in multiple decades of boating, but twice this year. Take your inlet line off your fuel rail, put it into a clear mason jar, have someone cycle your key so you hear the fuel pump and get fuel into the jar. Then take some gas from
a jerry can you know has good fuel (like go get some new from the gas station) - compare the two. Other issue I've had is some crap got into my fuel pump and caused a restriction but not total restriction. Take off the fuel pump and blow through it to check for restriction. Sorry for the back yard mechanic advice but when I had it happen I was 2 hours from the marina in powell with a small set of craftsman tools....had to improvise but we got it fixed.
