Swivel board racks

I have an 06 24V that used to have swivels for the board racks. They were removed by the previous owner. Just wondering if anyone might have any or know what could be used in place of them. I have a Tige tower on the boat and the swivels were mounted to the oval plates.

Can you post some pics of the tower? I know of a few different towers on the 06's
