1) Saw that happening on a friend's boat recently. Are you certain it's actually broken? The bodies of many anti-siphon's are two pieces that screw together to allow the rubber valve inside to be replaced. In this case, the two pieces had backed off a bit, allowing water to escape. Securely tightening the body back together - and making sure the attached hoses had a very slight "twist" in the direction of keeping them tight - fixed it quickly.
2) Still worried about that blown bilge pump fuse. Fuses blow for a reason... I'd boat more comfortably knowing that reason and that it had been fixed. At the very least, keep some spare fuses of that size and type on board just in case.

I also have an auto-bilge not working. I found a blown fuse in the main fuse panel under the dash, but that only enabled the TT to turn it on. The auto-feature (for both pumps) doesn't work. I'll also be looking this weekend for the fuses you guys have noted back by the battery. Any pics would be appreciated. My initial investigation was unsuccessful.
