Ya I would assume they would. I just didnt want to take it over there and drop it off for however long its gonna take especially after just getting it. I think these are things that I can fix and I as I said before they are too detrimental.

Guess it didnt get a great QC hope you got a smoking deal. AS the throttle goes you shouldnt have to floor it to mantain speed with TT

X2 on not having to floor it with the TT. We have never done that just apply pressure until it up to speed and the computer takes control in fact ours says speed over on the screen if we give it too much throttle and you to throttle back for it to "engage". These don't seem like minor issues to me on a new boat. Maybe a used but brand new and your having to mess with the taps that much. I would be pretty irritated. I know they are all hand made, etc. but for what they cost should be problem free right out of the box. We have over 225hrs on a 2012 and have had to do nothing but routine maintenace - oil changes, impeller changes etc.

The Tige ACCU-SET and SPEED-SET used to need to have the throttle buried once it locked in. If left at the position that it was when the set speed was hit, engine would surge.

That is how my 08 was, I'm still in the practice of it with the 14 and TT I guess....

Tige Manual says to push the Throttle to the WFO position.

I agree as I was having surge issues with my Z3 as I was using it the same as PP. We went out Sat using the method in the manual and never had a surge at any time. I guess i better break out the manual for a bit more light reading, who know's I may learn a thing or two.

Just an update to this thread...my issues are fixed.

The Speed set was fixed by just giving it more throttle, I was used to pulling it back a little like on older Perfect Pass systems. The TAPs leak was an O-ring inside of the tube. I took it apart and found the O-ring must have been pinched since the shape of it was a little irregular. I took it off, straightened it out and put it all back together and no leaks so far.

Glad to hear they were easy fixes.
