    Anyone have a boatlift here?

    All have been said!
    Anyone here have a boatlift

Just trade my '12 z1 for a '13. When i compare my boatlift with one that my dealer still use, I can see major difference with "support" height.
As you can see on first pics. My boat still sit lot higher than my dealer boatlift!? My idea was by precaution if boat pass thru so prop dont it lift.

I just dont want to take in and take out boat 56282 times before getting ready!
So if someone can help me!

Here is mine last summer and you can see the one is one that my dealer still use on the last pics

I have a vertical lift like you. Mine is the height so the lowest point of the bunk(inside edge from the bar below it) is the same as from the prop guard to the bottom of the boat on the trailer. I want to say its around 16-18 inches. I wanted to match the trailer set up as closely as possible. Its just enough that the tracking fins can pass over the rear bar. I am shallow so I have to drop the lift to the bottom of the lake and that gives me just enough room. If you are deep you just have to lower the lift farther to pass over but then you can't have the bunks shallow enough to keep the hull centered.

The easy answer is the lift in the last picture is not high enough. Looking at it you'd only be about 10-11 inches from the lowest point straight down to the bar. If you lowered the lift just enough to slide the boat on or off the tracking fins would hit. My fins have about an inch over the bar if lower it just enough to slide on and off and still have the bunks where they can guide the hull like the trailer does when loading.
