Also had the dealer install a new taps system in October and did not use the boat after not sure if there's a connection between the two

I bet it's as simple as your house battery is low on volts. If your house battery is low, you will have no stereo or blower. At the beginning of the season my boat would start and run fine and the Tige Touch worked fine. I had no stereo or blower, your house battery runs all that stuff and I'm sure your horn too. I'm not sure about the taps. I threw my house battery on my home charger for about half a day at 2 amp and boom, no issues.

Sounds like a dead battery or a cable thats been overlooked.

Went out on just such a call on Friday on a brand new boat. If your battery is low the Tige touch gets froggy. It will go from dropping certain items to the blue screen of death, all if the voltage is low. It will start to fault before the engine won't start.

Check the battery first. After that look for a cable missed like chpthril said. After that i'd take it right back to the dealer.

Or did you turn it to the "combine" position? Ive never seen a Blue Sea switch go bad.

If you turned it to the "combined" position on the switch then everything would work because it would combine your "house" and "starter" battery together and provide enough volts to run the entire system. If you still have no power when the switch is in the "on" position then your "house" battery is low.
