How do I post video?

How do I post a video? I know I've seen a couple of discussions on it here but can' find any when I need it. I finally got out surfing with my RZ2 and want to post a video of wake.

If you upload it to youtube, your video URL will have a v= followed by a string of characters. Copy just those characters after the v=. Then in the advanced reply frame, you can click the youtube button, which will insert a starting and ending [ youtube ] bracket. Paste the character string between those brackets.

There are ways to post other formats, such as vimeo, but I am only familiar with the youtube method.
