2014 Z3 balast filling and resetting the timers

I added the 1400 rear sacks to my Z3 with pro balast package and VX

The tige touch balast program is kind of a joke with readings of empty/25/50/75/full

I think they are out of sink also, do you empty to where no water comes out then push the timer reset? or fill all the way and hit the button?

I dont think I have a manual on the touch screen.

also is it normal for the voltage error screen to come up everytime if the motor is not running? I assume the stereo and other accesorys cannot drain the battery that starts the boat?

bummer that I have realized my lake is to shallow in alot of areas to keep the surf wake good.

Yes, it is normal for the "low battery" warning to come on the screen when the engine is off.

ideally, yes, the accessories should not draw from the main cranking, but i would not assume it. I have not had enough time with the new Tiges with TT and the dual-circuit plus switch/diode iso. My concern is that the powered up TT is drawing from the main cranking when the key is in the ACC position, but can not confirm with out a boat or schematic.

For the most part the timers are always off. Fill until water comes out the over flows and then shut it off. Same with empty. Run it until it stops pumping water out the side. I don't even pay attention to the timers.

X2 with the battery. If the motor is off you will get that every time.

You can change the ballast timers in the menu section of your Tige touch. It only goes in whole minute increments.

In my RZR i have front set a 2 mins for front bag and 6 for the rears. Rear bag takes between 6 and 7 mins when i timed it.
