I have an 06 20v. Boat runs fine at idle however when you get up to cruising speeds it powers down to idle and sounds an alarm. Shut motor off and restarts fine and then same thing happens all over again if we start cruising again. Any suggestions?

It sometimes will let us cruise for a few minutes before powering down to limp mode -
Is the engine temperature at about 160 degrees? You should have a temp guage on the dash.Be excellent to one another.Comment

That part of the prob too....gauge isn't working. Just bought it and need to have the multi gauge fixed as three of the 4 don't read. It ran fine two weeks ago. We will be addressing the gauge but was wondering if anyone would have experienced this to point us in a starting direction.Comment
