Bimini top help for R20

Hello Everyone - any help would be appreciated here - my bimini top guy made me an awesome top and I told him I did not want it braced in the back of the tower just like the factory one and sure enough..I show up today and there is a brace on the front of the tower and the back of the tower..my concern is that it will affect the rope when wakeboarding...I'm pretty confident it will be ok for surfing seeing as the rope does not set out very far and this is the primary purpose for the boat..

He also did not make it like factory and the brace cannot be folded in (these guys don't listen very well) - I'm starting to think I should have bit the bullet and paid for the factory one..

Any thoughts or info if this will create problem would be great as I have not paid him yet...

Do you have any photos from the side?

I agree, I'd have to see it. If the brace can't be folded how are you supposed to put it down for transport. You can't leave it up on the trailer.
