Should I pull the trigger on a leftover 2013 RZR?

How do you guys really feel about the NXT? It would be the same price as an RZR when getting similarly equipped. No idea what kind of wave it is going to throw yet. 4100lbs geez. There will be one at our local Action Watersports in 3 weeks. I plan on taking a look to compare to what we end up with but no way am I buying a first year boat right now without ever driving it or seeing what kind of wake it throws. We are ready now, just sold our two boats so I'm boatless... boo. I'm smarter than rushing into this, just ready. This upgrade has been a year in the works.

I have never been on a NXT before but I am not a fan of the no side windows. The Axis has no side windows and I hate getting sprayed on when sitting in the boat. I know you are in a boat and should expect to get wet. But when you are done with a session and are trying to warm up plus give your buddy a good surf wave by sitting on the correct side, nothing makes me colder then more spray that a window would have blocked."You're rather attractive for a beautiful girl with a great body."

I think the NXT it is a very interesting boat and it seems like the marketing department at MC has a specific demographic in mind. There is a great discussion about it on WakeWorld and it sounds like the pricing should be in between or right at the R20-RZR price range. I like not having a touch screen and the tower looks better than the R20 tower and it looks way better than any current MC tower. My neighbor is a MC salesman and I hope to get a demo on one sometime this summer.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

The front cushions do not come out without unscrewing them from the bottom. This leaves just a fiberglass deck. There is no access and no storage below. Its all ballast, thats why the cushions don't remove. The very front middle cushion does lift out but its just like a throw cushion when you lift it out. Again just flat fiberglass under it.

1) If you put these boats through the ringer and actaully use them hard are they durable?
2) Our I/O was simple and easy to work on and diagnose any issue. Are we going to have nagging issues and the boat is going to spend 1/4 of the summer at the dealer?
3) Does the boat run without the touch screen? Assuming there is some issue with the fancy electronics, can we still start the boat and use it?
4) How easy is it to fold the Alpha Z with one person?
5) How easy is it to remove the swim platform with one person?
6) Will I be able to move this boat around in the driveway/garage (both flat) by myself with a dual axle trailer. Our I/O was ~3000lbs and single axle so the RZR has a few pounds on it. I/O was easy to move.
7) How easy is it to keep the RZR clean. The bling interior seems to have quite a bit of nooks and crannys.
8) Does the vinyl stain easy? Any easy way to clean?
9) Do the front bow cushions come out completely?
2) I do this for a living and find its not an I/O, DD or V-drive thing, but comes down to manufacturer, model size, etc.
3) good question, havent heard of a TT failure.
4) easy but can get heavy with 2 pair of big speakers
5) they are heavy, but ive done it a number of time myself
6) nope! If your are lucky and drive is flat, it will role forward/backward, thats it.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

We have a 2012 rzr that we have put over 225 hrs on since we got new. We operate in salt half the time and fresh water lake the other half. We have a single axle boatmate trailer that was built for the boat and it is fine towing - our lake is about 90 miles away. Good luck moving a double axle around alomost impossible. I store in the garage year round, clean after each use in salt and have no issues with the vinyl, sticthing etc. Looks like new. I use boat bling hot sauce on the exterior and the 3m vinly cleaner on the inside.
We anchor at a sandbar quite a bit and have had lots of sand, spilled drinks, food etc (nothing red or orange) and it all cleasns up with a shop vac and normal cleaning - You will love this boat go for it.

I use a parkit 360 to move my dual axel 2014 z3 around. It is basically 2 wheels powered by a battery and winch motor with a hitch attachment. My boat has to make a 90 degree turn to make it into my side entry garage. The second time using it the winch motor stripped out. I had to order a heavy duty 1.5hp winch motor to replace it. I can now move my boat around but it is still not easy. Cloud I would like to know if there is an easier way
