I was lucky enough to be the first caller on a ad for this boat. 5 + years of looking for my first inboard (owning 4 outboards in my boating life) I will pick up my 2004 20 i switch w/ only 95 hours !! Now alittle advice from those that care to share. Things for me to do and inspect as far as maintenance type stuff goes?? I hope to put in the water and leave it on the lift all summer not having to trailer it to the dealer in July for some repair I could have avoided. Summer is to short here in Wisconsin!!

start with changing engine oil and filter, gearbox / transmission oil, fuel filter. Change the impeller. Check the steering cable - wheel should turn with 2 fingers - if not, consider changing the steering cable. Make sure the bilge pump is operational. Waterproof the cover. If the fuel has been in there for a while, I would siphon it out and fill with fresh fuel. I would add seafoam fuel treatment with the first tank and marine stabil with each tank throughout the season. Check the health of the batteries and replace if needed. Check for loose or corroded electrical connections and take care of them. If you will be trailering and significant distance, service the wheel bearings with fresh grease and ensure trailer brakes are functional. And one last item - post some pictures.
