    Battery connection problem

I have a new 2013 RZR. Cant get it started. When I turn the key all the Tige Touch screen and audio works fine. When I try to start the engine I just get a click???
Al the normal things have been tested. Batteries are chraged, Kill switch, Throttle in neutral, fuses fine. So it must be the way I have the batteries connected.
    Here is what I have.
    Cranking battery
Positive terminal connection are labeled as follows "Starting battery to switch" and "Primary isolator"
Negative terminal connections are labeled as follows "Primary ground" ,"Bus bar to switch" "Main grnd" and there is A small black wire connected(not sure no label)

    The House battery
Positive terminal - positive connection to positive post and a connection labeled "from switch to battery"
Negative terminal just the negative connection to the negative post.

    Anything sound wrong here??

    Thanks

Whats the battery voltage at the battery, of both? Were the batteries removed for storage?

Both Batteries are at 12.2 or higher
The batteries were not removed for storage, but I did replace the cranking battery.

Time to probe around a bit with a voltmeter... check what voltage you're getting on the output side of the battery isolator, at the starter terminals when the solenoid is closed (the "click"), etc. It's probably something very simple.

I had something similar happen to me and the problem with mine was that I did not fully connect the negative cable on the battery.
