My R20 leans to the right if it is just me. About 300-400#s on the left side balances it. So I use some ballast if it is just me but with a few people on the boat it pretty much levels out because people tend to sit on the left side. I have asked the local dealer and they say it is normal. My friends Z3 leans too just not as pronounced as mine.

That is pretty normal if its just you. If it doesn't correct itself with a person or 2 on the other side than there may be an issue. Hardcore slalom boats(prostar 190, Nauiti 200 Etc) actually have a 200ish lb ballast under the passenger seat for when there is no passenger for just this reason.

I know of some Tige owners that had water get into the compartment where the foam was stored and soak into the foam causing a few hundred pounds of water to accumulate in there over time. Hopefully that design flaw has been eliminated.

Given that the OP only gets his list at speed, it doesn't seem to be the case. But the distinction is critical, leaning while resting, vs leaning at speed. Leaning at rest suggests an uneven weight distribution.
        Be excellent to one another.

Gibbs, did this ever get resolved for you? My boat is an older model but has a very similar lean. I am still trying to figure out if mine is extra weight in the foam or a hull issue but I am curious to know if sanding down the hull helped and where they had to sand.

Gibbs is right it should have been caught at the factory during their water test. If it was a result of shipping damage it should have been caught by selling dealers water test. It's a shame when the customer has to be the inspector to find the flaw.I had some issues that should have been caught by Tige or the selling dealer. Left a bad taste too. Dealer is no longer a Tige Dealer.

I didn't realize the conversation had shifted to Microsoft software.

Suggest looking at trim plate and see if it is following the bottom of the boat level first , if not have dealer correct position , if it is level you can next move plate to an angle to counter list , this has helped in some cases , we have had to move the plates on Centurions many times to correct for list, this same principle could possible help your situation.

They took care of it ended up being water not draining completely out of the ballast. It still has a slight lean to the right but you can hardly notice.

We take off at about 10-12 MPH with taps on 8 and turn on drain pumps till it empties ballast completely. You may want to try this after they initially stop draining.

Probably not. The twisted ballast bags weren't filling all the way. The front ballast bags have the fill, vent and drain ports on the same end of the bag. Therefore the twisted issue wouldn't apply.
