Dealer installed. It's not really a necessity for cold water. A $300+ wetsuit or Kokatat dry suit is the secret to cold water.
The shower just makes you feel like a baller.
I don't really put hot water in my suit before...but it is nice for after. Most people get crappy unlined wetsuits without a zipper shield and without taped/sealed seams and then wonder why they are cold. For the most part, the inside of my suit is actually dry when I pull it off.
Anything over 60 degrees doesn't hurt your feet or hands.
Anyways, enough secrets. Last thing I want is people to figure out that April, may, September, October and early November are incredible.
