Absolutely great job, and nice work finding it locally for cheap too!
I gave that blue color strong consideration since my accent color is blue, but Paul at Deckadence strongly recommended sticking with the lighter grey so I took his advice. Gotta say, though, that blue sure looks sharp.

Nope, I don't have the Deckadence flooring back yet. Don't even have the PDF file for me to verify before they cut. Apparently they are well backlogged. I'm not removing my carpet until I have the Deckadence material and have laid it down over the carpet to confirm it fits properly. Then, and only then, will I remove the carpet and mildly smooth the subfloor. I don't want to render my boat unusable/uncomfortable on the feet only to have some additional delay occur.

Update: I received my PDF proofs today. Remarkable correlation between their measurements and the actual boat; I sat in it with a tape measure and can't believe my ultra-novice template got them anywhere close. Maybe they are interpolating from other similar boats.
I do have a few minor changes, which I've drawn up and emailed back to them. I'll report back as things progress.

I received my floor this week and was impressed with how well it fit considering how I had to template it and was worried about it being off. My boat is in project overload so ignore my mess with other stuff.
The material is relatively forgiving. Since it compresses and is spongy, I had them add 1/4" to the perimeter and it worked out well. The only area that it is slightly to big is in the cabin against the transom wall. It slightly curves up more than others and is noticeable if you look at the pic.
My mat has two seams, 1 in the bow and one where the captain's seat is. The seams are glued so you can feel the seam when you walk on it but its minor IMO. I could have gone seamless but it would have cost nearly double due to the wasted material. For me , the added cost was not worth it.
The Tige logo and border are also glued in. I am really happy with how it all turned out. For now, I am just going to run it over the carpet until I have time to remove the carpet. I still need to patch the screw holes from where I removed the carpet border. We are using it all weekend so I can report back how it goes then too.
Based on being in Ragboy's boat at Polar Bear after surfers had been in it all weekend, I am sure I will be happy with it!

Stingreye, that looks REALLY sharp. As you know, I'm in the midst of proof approvals and then hopefully mine will arrive.
I'm surprised they cut-and-glued the Tige logo. My understanding was that the logos were inksprayed into the fabric. The Tige logo looks busy enough that I would think trying to cut and glue it would be really difficult.
Regarding the extra length at the stern end: I think I'm glad I didn't get a border. That will enable me to trim to fit in those places where it's not "perfect". I intentionally padded the dimensions in a few places where I thought it would be tough to get things right. A border would make trimming much more difficult.
Report back as you use it!

They hope to be able to use my template for 24V's from 2003-2006. They said on the other Tige's they have that Tige doesn't change things up too much so they hope its the same for all years (most changes are hatches and thing our Tige doesn't have). They can email you the pdf of my final template. I have one minor revision I sent them so you can check dimensions but I bet its the same.
I thought the carpet was glued but they screwed in. You can find the screws by peeling back the carpet border. Then prod with a phillips head and you should find them. Good news is that there is no glue to remove after. You can see the old screw holes I haven't fixed yet in the pics (see the ones near each cup holder).
I am not looking forward to removing the carpet. Its one piece that extends under the lockers. I am debating on removing all the carpet from my lockers too.Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

Took me a little longer to find two thread I was looking for on people's floor prep for decadence (mine is just on top of carpet until I rip it out).
Thought i would link to them here to make it easy to find if someone runs across them.
Ddubz thread
This thread has some good tips for removing adhesive/carpeting and smoothing out floor.

Another good thread by Tige22i with pics that came out great!
