Group Buy on Deckadence Flooring...

Confirmed my order with Decadence this morning. I am ordering samples of the Graphite, Deck Gray and Luna Silver. The Graphite and Deck gray I believe are the colors Tige uses. He did say that the graphite can get hot and the deck gray would be better for 100+ heat we get in California. He didn't want to scare me away from the Graphite (its one of the most popular colors) and said it airs out pretty well and is cooler than many other materials but that he would expect the deck gray to be cooler in direct sun.
Duffy, you can use my template at your own risk . He said the Tige's generally haven't been as bad as other boats as far as customizations for hatches seating etc. The only issue we might run into might be the captain's seat and helm wall if it changed at all between 2004 and 2005. The rest I think is the mold which I doubt changed much?
I hope to get to templating them soon!Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

Forgot to mention one more thing. I was on a Moomba a few days ago (off topic but it was sacked out for surfing and was really good on both sides!) and it had a similar material in the locker and my buddy asked me if it was the same stuff (he also had it in the locker of a sea ray and I had another friend ask if it was the same as the locker on his old sea ray). Found out some interesting info:
1) They made a cheaper material for lower price to hit a budget market for pool mats and a few other things at one point in time. It was 1/3 the thickness and had a cheaper backing that would require it to be glue down. He said it might have been that material and used on lockers.
2) He said 3M also sold "spaghetti" matting for while and it looked very similar to decadence but was not as soft and it causes some confusion sometimes too.
Anyway. Long and short of it, I felt the locker mat in the moomba and it was awesome for the lockers and to be honest, wouldn't be too bad for a flooring compared to carpeting but it isn't as thick or soft as decadence and since it doesn't have the non slip backing it would need to be snapped down or glued.Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

Folks, I will follow up with Deckadence and report back. I presume it's a "GO" but got swamped by some business issues this morning so didn't contact him first thing. More when I know it....

Yep, just talked with him. Two of us have already called and committed. He's waiting for more to do so. Give Paul a call direct at 1-778-387-2535 (Canadian #), he's ready to set everyone up. Report back here when you've placed your order, with details!
