The pics are before I started scraping the carpet adhesive out. I was wishing I bought some of that stuff Duncan posted about to remove it. Basically, I just scraped what I could.
Right now I am happy with it without leveling out the floor. The brackets from the removable floor are noticeable as is the change in elevation to the bow, but I don't think its much more noticeable than factory carpet.
So the plan for now and the foreseeable future is to run with the mat over the floor as is.
I am curious if I will have to do anything with the removable floor now. I am curious if it will vibrate and make noise or if the mat will take care of that.
So far really happy! Can't wait to use it. We didn't get out last weekend but will be spending a week on the water next week.
One thing to be aware of for those templating. After you remove your carpet, it appears that the dimensions where the mat fits are very slightly bigger. My mat still fits but before it was snug against the wall and compressed and now it does not. I will know more after I put my rear seat back in because I had too much material there. If it fits perfectly there, I will know it adds maybe 1/8" or so to the overall footprint.
As you can see from the pics, I still need to repair some screw holes from the carpet trim.

The material is relatively forgiving. Since it compresses and is spongy, I had them add 1/4" to the perimeter and it worked out well. The only area that it is slightly to big is in the cabin against the transom wall. It slightly curves up more than others and is noticeable if you look at the pic.
My mat has two seams, 1 in the bow and one where the captain's seat is. The seams are glued so you can feel the seam when you walk on it but its minor IMO. I could have gone seamless but it would have cost nearly double due to the wasted material. For me , the added cost was not worth it.
The Tige logo and border are also glued in. I am really happy with how it all turned out. For now, I am just going to run it over the carpet until I have time to remove the carpet. I still need to patch the screw holes from where I removed the carpet border. We are using it all weekend so I can report back how it goes then too.
Based on being in Ragboy's boat at Polar Bear after surfers had been in it all weekend, I am sure I will be happy with it!

It's definitely a little more noisy but I doubt anyone would notice except me. I have an fae so it also makes the other noises seem louder. Noise appears to come from middle rear seat that's over the V drive. I am sure it wouldn't be too hard to sound proof that.
On the whole, I love the floor and am really happy with how it came out. I can try to take some more pics post carpet removed.

These are the pictures from before I pulled the carpet out (http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/show...427#post731427) . Basically looks the same. I removed the carpet trim (wife said no carpet anywhere). I am pretty sure you could slide the mat under that trim if you left it on after removing the factory carpet that is actually thicker than I expected.
I will try to take some more pictures to show how well it fits without the carpet.
I left the snaps in the bow, you don't even notice them under the mat. I still need to fix the holes from the screws. I have the color matched gel patch kit already but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
I bought some Kicker KM67 Tower Speakers and the LED Kicker in-boats that I need to install, so that will likely take priority over the screw holes. After using it several times, I am not going to do anything to the floor underneath the mat.
I have another friend who saw it who previously had the similar mat in the ski locker of his Sea Ray. He said it was much softer than the mat in the Sea Ray.
Does sand and stuff actually go through the mat? Yes, I peeled up the bow portion and was shocked how much sand was underneath it with no signs of sand on the surface of the mat.
I am very happy with it. Heck its easier to install than replacement carpet because its not glued down.Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

The sound comes around the edges of the removable "service seat", plus the sound resonates the large flat fiberglass front of the removable part. I put a layer of that adhesive rubber damping sheeting material used in cars (available at car stereo stores) on the engine side of the front panel, and put adhesive gasketing around the edges so that when it's installed the gaskets are compressed and prevent sound from coming around the edges. Made a huge difference for around $20 in materials.Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

Here's a photo showing the double gasketing on the sides:

I didn't bother putting it on the underside of the top because the seat cushion sits there, providing plenty of acoustic absorption.

I like the style of yours MUCH better. I have to remove the seat back vinyl cushion to expose some screws to take it out. It would be much faster it looks like with that style to get access to v-drive/trans.Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

Got around to pics post carpet removal, I tried to take bunch if shots in case anyone is considering for their 24V how well the fit is.
There is a seam right where the captain's seat is going across. There is a second seam near the bow. I will point out in the pics below.
The pictures start from behind Captains chair and make a full loop around to the rear, around the bow, and back to the captains chair.

Here is the worst fitting spot, you can see the fiberglass under the mat. Its mainly due to the lip of the wall of the glass that pushed the mat away there. Its the wall to the right of the captain's chair, so not a big deal to me.

Also, still have not fixed the screw holes..... still on my to do list.....
EDIT - If you have the carpet trim, if you remove the carpet flooring, the new mat SHOULD fit under the carpet border and then you wouldn't have to worry about the screw holes.Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

Awesome photos. The fit is remarkably good considering all of the variables between your floor and their cutting machines.
Finally got my price quote today. Proofs are approved. I just need to send them my signed docs. Trouble is, I don't have a working scanner at the moment so I'm asking for a fax number. Hopefully I'll get mine before I tuck her away for the winter.
My proofs also show two seams, basically right where yours are. I suggested that since I'm getting the lockers done too, and they are basically the cutouts they'd be making anyway, perhaps they could just do mine from one piece... but no dice. So I'm sticking with the two-seam approach like yours.
