Not real concerned about the loss of top speed, what is the loss with a 1235?

Best thing to do is pm Chpthril with your boats particulars and goals and he can handle any parts, pumps or bags that you may want (NEED!)

My suggestion is to put as big a bag that you can fit as you can always under fill them, last year I installed 1100s and wish I had gotten the Enzo styles, and now I ended up buying a bunch of lead.

what will the price be with 15 or 20% off, the best i found online was $530 plus shipping
what is the best option for adding more rear ballast over the tige pro ballast package?
The 14.5" 4 blades, such as the 1235, retail for $685. Your final price will include freight to the lower 48.

We have custom rear surf sac sacs that are a plug-n-play swap for the OEM 350# pound sacs. They hold roughly 1400# on the port side and 1300+ on the STBD. PM me and I can get you additional info.

I would not suggest using a hammer to remove a Nibril prop. Using a puller thats designed for the job makes it simple and almost zero chance of damage to the prop, hull or shaft.

        UPDATE

Ok, its time to wrap this up and get some props ordered. For those that have expressed interest and have sent you info to either Eric or myself, I will be sending you an email to the address provided that will list the contact info and order as a means to confirm all is correct. Please reply back with a "confirmed" or any corrections.

Next, you will receive an email with your prepared invoice. At the bottom of the email will be a link that you can click on and make your secure CC payment.

I will be placing the order the first of the week. Providing all items are in stock @ ACME, I expect 3-4 days transit to me. I will turn your orders around as soon as I can. Once your shipment is created, you should receive a UPS tracking email.

If anyone has any questions or if anyone else want to get into this GB, LET ME KNOW ASAP!

Mike. I would like to get in on this. I was waiting to hear from my dealer/boatmate on how much of a difference the shim kit for the 2013 z1 made. It is a 1" shim but since it is not straight vertical we won't gain that much. It appears that we will be looking for a 14" prop. Should I contact ACME on Monday for suggestions or can you help? I was hoping that this maybe can ship with the other parts that I will need for upgrading the ballast (please email back on that)
            Thanks

What I do not understand is why Boatmate has no bunk adjustment to allow more height clearance between the prop and prop guide. I have a notion to cut off the trailer prop guide to avoid striking it loading and unloading.

This is what is holding me back getting a better prop. I have a 2012 RZR with a ACME 1631 (13.50 x 14.25). I think I have 3/4 inch clearance to the prop guide.
                Even a ACME 1433 (14 x 14.25) may be too close of a clearance.

I guess 1 inch aluminum shim plates would work between the bunk and bunk welded bracket.

Has everyone confirmed they have the clearance with a bigger prop?

NHarp, there were issues with clearance on the 2013 Z1 BoatMate trailers where damage was caused with the factory prop. All boatmate has done I provide shim kits under warranty. Unfortunately this does not give that much more clearance. I picking up our boat tomorrow. Will get back on it. We had some other work done on the trailer and they had to repaint it, I should have had them weld new bkts but thought they would have a better solution...guess not.

                    Dandy,
So maybe my trailer would qualify for these warranty shims? Maybe I should boatmate.
                    Thank you

ACME would probably be the best to help you pick a prop upgrade for your 2013 Z1. Get with them on Monday and then let me know

Acme recommend a 1433 for my 2013 Z1. I'm with dandy in that I am waiting for Boatmate to fix my trailer before I can place an order.

If you are going to be getting your trailer fixed/modded soon, I would jump on this group buy as the price is right and they dont go bad in the garage!
