This actually a while back and I just never got the time to say thanks.
My factory speakers kept cutting in and out when u hit the volume level of around 22. So of course I wanted my dealer to look at it even though I knew it was probably just a Load problem w/ the amps and something was wired wrong.
Problem is my dealer is 350 miles away (closest one around) and well w/ Gas these days and for something so minor it just wasn't feasible. So I talked w/ my local stereo shop and they looked at it for me and after a couple of hours of testing every lead and re-wiring things I was good as new. Turns out the speakers were wired at 1 Ohm. I didn't think Tige would cover me on that since I didn't have a dealer do it. But When I PM'd Andrew he said no problem just send in the receipt and he'd issue a check to re-imburse me. I kind of sat on the thing for a while and forgot and then I called up Tige when I remembered. Andrew was out but Harvey took the call. He still said no problem, just send it in and address it to him w/ a note reminding him what it was. I know it was a minor thing but that's customer service to me. Thanks guys!
