I personally would go with the 2014 as it has the new Indmar engines. I'm not knocking PCM, but just my preference. Indmar being a much larger company and getting parts is quicker from what I have been told.

While shopping, keep in mind that little things (speakers, racks) can be changed much easier than big things (model year, engine size, hull style). If you definitely want a larger engine, that's your first filter criteria. It's much easier to change speakers than engines.

I would not shy away from the boat because of the PCM engine. You can get it serviced at any Nautique and Centurion dealer and I haven't heard of anyone with any issues getting parts. It think it's a great engine and easy to do basic maintenance myself.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

I second the PCM. I have had 0 issues with any boat I have owned with a PCM in it. They are a great motor and every bit as good as an Indmar. Nothing against the Indmar, I wouldn't shy away from either of them.

x3 on the PCM powertrain and comments by Ewok and boardman74. I did have an issue with my PCM transmission, and PCM swapped the entire thing for free including all labor. Painless, fast, courteous. I couldn't have been more pleased with how they handled it. Lots of companies make grand promises but you don't really know their true nature until something goes wrong. PCM really stepped up to the plate and took care of their customer. Best recommendation I can give.
Also agree on easy parts availability. For example, SkiDim (a well known inboard parts dealer) is literally down the road from PCM and their guys have picked up parts (filters, etc.) for me on their lunch break and shipped them out the same day. As noted by Ewok, PCM powers everything Nautique makes and any Nautique dealer will have or can get PCM parts.
If offered the choice, I would order a Tige with PCM over Indmar specifically because of PCM's awesome customer service and ease of parts availability. Indmar probably makes great engines but I know from personal experience that PCM not only makes great products but backs them up incredibly well.
