wet sounds rv10 LED wiring question

Does anyone know how tige wires the led's in the wet sounds rev 10's? Mine aren't working on my new 2014 Z3. the led's dont seem to be getting power at the speaker. Just curious if anyone knows where they draw the power from. My dealer and I were poking around he's trying to obtain a wiring diagram to help figure it out.

What switch is used to turn them on? Start with the fuse that feeds that switch.

Pretty sure they are tied into the courtesy lights. Which all work.

find the wires going up the tower to the LEDs and trace them back to the fuse block. A 9V battery can be used to test the lights and their circuit.

There's a lot of wires going up the tower. Hopefully we can identify which go to the leds

The red/ black 14/16 gauge pairs of wires are for the speakers. The wires for the LED rings should be smaller. All wires come out of the tower leg on the port(passenger side).

I got wires on both sides of the tower. Are you saying the speakers and led wire are ran togeather up the port side?

Yeah.. I forgot the Tower light goes down the Starboard leg. All the tower speakers are individual and the red/blk paired wires. There will be 4 down the port leg. The anchor light I want to say is a blue and a grey and they are separate and not a glued together pair in the starboard tower leg. So look for the wires that are not those!! LOL

Ok so still confused. Are the wires for the LEDs in the port or starboard side? I did see blue and grey on te starboard side

I'm not positive. I didn't have them on my boat so I am telling you what I know isn't the LEDS. The tower lights and running light run down the starboard side. There are 4 pairs of red/blk wires down the port leg for the 4 speakers(all are wired even if you don't have 4) You can easily follow those under the gunnel and then right to the amp wall. If there are more than the 4 then thats your LEDS..if its just the 4 in the port leg than that is just the speakers and the LED wiring must be on the starboard side.

But if this is a brand new 2014 you just took delivery why isn't the dealer figuring this out?

Ah ok gotcha! That helps. I'll have to see how any are on each side. I also have the tower lights. Which I think are on starboard side. So if there's more then 4 sets on the port thats lighting of some kind.

U have to remove the grill and the logo. Then there are 2 nuts to remove the inside speaker cone. And u can find the wire linked with the Leds.
For detail, u can click the wetsound web page for the detail installation pictures

the wiring in the speaker isn't the issue.
