Great looking boats. The prices don't look as appealing though!!

Thanks for the pics. Some really good looking boats, but I just can't get on board with the bass boat-style metal flake. I think Tige's pearl looks good, but the others have gone way too far with it, IMHO. A personal preference thing, I suppose.

I agree with Tall that the 2013 RZ2 looks like a smokin' deal (not necessarily a good thing for the resale value of my 2011).

Did the ASR have a "WWS Price" or "Boat Show Price"? (I assume $125k was "MSRP".)

That was the boat show price. Msrp was $140 something I think. At first I thought that was ridiculous and then I saw the Supra is right in line with the asr as it only has the ls3 engine. Add the lsa and it's easily another $10k!

Wow. I did notice that Supra price also. Wow.

Flipside is that if you go with the LS3 in the ASR, it should drop the price down a bunch.

I doubt that boat will move with anything other than the 555.

So they're finally putting the batteries where they should have all along, eh?

Who would drop $73k on a MB with that rz2 on the scene at that price????

I made a comment to some guys that Tige must look at the threads cause they took WABoatings idea on battery location. Should've patented. Well at least they're taking some of the good ideas and implementing them.

second that although I like the mb's from a wakesurf standpoint, give me tige quality/fit/finish all day over mb and the absolutely HORRID towers they are using now.

I just hope that RZ2 sold, it was a leftover from last years show.

Screw that battery location.. Adds alot of weight to the back. They should have left them where they had them in the Demo Boat

Those of us who like to create big waves and wakes spend a lot of time and money to put weight in the back. Putting the batteries back there makes a lot of sense. On the other hand, if you're trying to smooth out your wake for waterskiing then over the CoG as shown in your photo is the best choice. It all depends upon what you want the hull to do in the water.
