First let me say I think its sad(from Tige) that for this kind of money you guys are reporting glaring fit and finish issues. How could the factory let the boats leave with things so glaring, knowing these boats are going straight to the boat shows and that people are going to be going over them after all the hype. Then expect people to pay 110-125K for a boat with those glaring quality issues. If the boat is going to be a Chevrolet and not a Caddy, thats fine but price needs to reflect that and from pricing people are posting that doesn't seem to be the case.
For the people that are seeing them is the quality worse that other Tige boats? How could Tige possibly think that it could at a minimum not be to the standards of the other boats? Common sense says it needs to be WAY better, considering the money they are asking for these "super boats".
I have to wait a few more weeks to get my eyes on one. My dealer has one on order and I'm thinking it will actually be on the same truck as my new boat. Minneapolis boat show starts in 3 weeks so I will see it then at the latest. I will get lots of pictures for sure. Just hard to believe they are letting these boats leave the factory if the average joe can jump in them and see all their mistakes. I know some disagree, but Nautiques quality is pretty well know(not saying they don't make mistakes), if the ASR is going to compete with the g23 then the quality has got to be there. From what people are saying it has a long way to go.
