That's why I have the Chevy HD. The Taco is my California commuter truck. Would not even think of towing the 24V with it.

The Tacoma is rated at 6500 pounds. My old boat weighed 4k empty, without tandem axle trailer. I added a new tower, subs, and some other stuff. I think it came in a little less then 6k pounds. Had no problem towing it or stopped it on a hill.

I'll hit the scales with the new boat asap though just to make sure.
