UPS screwed over our Christmas royally so I don't think I'll salute them. However FedEx has always been exceptional.

My UPS drivers were working at 8:30 pm on the 23rd and delivered my wifes present on the 24th. Also my sister in law got her present in Mobile Alabama on the 24th. Thanks UPS drivers across the country for all you do!

I had a package delayed too because of a major ice storm. I spoke to a local UPS driver and they had guys voluntarily coming in on Saturday to make up for the major delay. Thanks for all that you do.

Both UPS and FedEx did a lot of overtime in our area for the past several weeks, it did feel like Xmas everytime the door bell rang!

We use FedEx and UPS about four to ten times a week running our business out of our house and I cannot believe the great service that we get. Just think what it takes to send a package across country in one or two days for $20 to $50!!!

I once talked to a guy on the East coast on Sunday evening at 4:30 PM (PST) for a part I needed, and that thing showed up the next day at my doorstep. I still have not figured out how that thing got to me in less than 24 hours from across the country. I couldn't believe he answered the phone (7:30 pm on a Sunday his time), manually checked his stock and sent it off that night.

Anyway, I appreciate the work you guys do!!

When it comes to package delivery (product), the US rules. Nobody can do it better. Go hang out in Europe or Asia for a while and your appreciation of our delivery service here in the US is the BEST.

Ditto. You gotta thank the UPS, FEDEX, USPS and all other delivery drivers for doing an exceptional job dealing with the mountain of packages they had to deliver. Online sales at record levels and many of them cutting the delivery dates real close.

Thanks again for fighting the snow, the cold, the ice and the rain. Remember you cannot please all of the people all the time but you gave it your best.
