Premium Sound options

I am considering buying a used 21i. The guy states that it comes with Premium sound. I looked on the tigé website and found that 'Premuim sound' has 4 bullets under the heading:


1) Clarion Marine Audio, Sirius compatible

2) Kicker KS 150 Watt component Speakers (6 of them)

3) Digital driver Remote

4) Kicker KX 350-watt power amp

Am I to assume that all these 4 items come with the boat? Is it a standard option? How does it sound? Any recommendations of adding the 10" sub? Will I need to install another 350-watt power amp?

Depends on the year as to what could be in the boat for a stereo. What year are you looking at?

in 2005 the premium sound was

6 Clarion coxial speakers

It seems that for the 2006 the Premium sound is a better system? For the 2005 set-up , do you know the wattage of the amp? Does it sound decent? If I add the 10" sub would the amp be enough to wattage to drive the 6 speakers?

Would like to hear from anyone else who bought a 2005 21i with the "Premium Sound"

If you add a sub you would also need to add another amp. The amp you have could be the 4 channel APX480.
