I always come back to life span of the actuator on these types of setups... What is the life of the product(actuators) based on wear and tear? not knocking the concepts.. just think what is the long term cost and upkeep?
I'm more worried about the hinge and tab strength, the actuators are used on boats all the time. That is an enormous amount of pressure when it is vertical like that.
