Shallow warning keep going o pop up

Does anyone knows how to stop the shallow warning? It stills pop up even I set it at 30ft from setup
Screen.
For the profile , it still maintain at the first selected rider and I cannot switch to second saved rider' setting. How to solve it
my boat is 2010 Tige RZ 4 with TT . Thx

To stop the nuisance shallow alarm to need to set it more shallow, like 5' instead of 30'. Anytime your in water more sow than the alarm is set to your going to get the alarm. Mine is set to 6' I think.

Ewok is spot on. The warning depth needs to be shallower then 30ft. Heck, on our lake, i dont get worried unless i see less then 8ft when in an unfamiliar part of the lake. If your lake is plenty deep and you know it well, I would turn it off and see if that cures the alarm, then go back and set it for like 5 or 6 ft.

Where is the sensor located? The measurement is from the bottom of the boat, yes?

There is a tri-ducer located in the bottom of the boat glued to the hull.
