We picked up a 2012 R20 this fall that has a black tower. When we got home we noticed that the bolts that hold the top center section of the tower to the two side sections have black covers over the bolt ends on the outside, but one was missing. We asked the dealer about getting a replacement and he said Tige doesn't put covers on the tower bolts at the factory. Does anyone else have a colored tower with caps like this, or are the ends of the bolts just showing from the factory?

I dont have that tower - but you can buy caps like that at home depot/lowes for pennies. -

You can get them at the hardware stores like guys have said. I was in 3 different demo R20's late this summer and all had those caps and my dealer surely didn't install them. Those are from the factory like that. Maybe you can't get them thru Tige parts, but your dealer is incorrect. The tower came that way. Now Tige does not build its towers so maybe the tower manufacturers installs those plugs. Either way those are stock plugs and yes they do come that way.Comment

Thanks for the replies. I had planned to stop by a local hardware store. I was more curious about whether others came with them or if the previous owner had added them. Here are a few more pictures.
