Last week my buddy, Clint, and I were fortunate enough to take a tour of the Tigé factory in Abilene, TX guided by jeanw on here (Jean Wagner). We had a blast and got to see a lot of things that others haven't seen yet but couldn't take pics to prove it It was great to see that Tigé is hand built right here in the USA.
Did you know that Tigé makes the following right in there factory:
There are only a few items that Tigé doesn't make at their location that I could see: gas tank, tower, engine and hard parts like the computer and gauges and the steering components. Everything else is all made right there in Abilene.
Due to a new model's mold being built while we were there, I was not allowed to take pictures in the glassing/gelcoat area of the factory but that's ok with me!

- Ballast bags
- All upholstery is cut and stitched right on site
- All of the wiring harnesses are hand made on site
- All plastic is cnc cut out of sheets on site
