Wake the World NW Oregon

I am super excited and honored to announce that I am hosting a Wake The World event in Oregon next summer. So far we have 28 boats on board and a great start on volunteers. Our local Tige dealer, River City Boat Sales is the first sponsor to step up and join our team!!

This is the second Wake the World event scheduled in Oregon for the summer of 2014.

A huge shout out to Greg Hodgin, founder of Wake the World and Vince Castronovo w/Wake the World Oregon for their efforts, support and vision in this awesome organization. Thank you also goes out to Stewart at River City Boats Sales for not even blinking when I asked for his support, he said yes before I even finished my sales pitch.

We are honored and excited to have Mark & his wife on board! Even though they are new at hosting an event, they are Wake the World veterans. It is always special to me when it is a Tige owner that steps up to host. After all, the first 7 out of 8 events were hosted by a Tige owner, this year, 5 out of 23.

Hello, new to tigeowners. Sold my Yamaha 242LS last week and plan on purchasing a new Tige this winter/spring. I saw this thread and had to comment. We participated in the Louisville Ky event this past June. What an unbelievable experience. Hopefully my wife and I can participate in more than one event next year. In addition to not having the means to be introduced to boating and wake boarding, many of the kids at our event belonged to a mentoring group that helps kids who have at least one close family member in prison. Hearing many of them state that the day spent with us was the most fun they had ever had is something I will never forget.
