2013 RZR Radio Help.

I bought a 13 RZR with 9 hours on it from the dealer, and after about 20hours the radio start to cracking up when the volume is around 20-max (it also does it when it below 20 but you couldn't really hear it) took it to the dealer, they say it doesn't have enough voltage so then they charge up the battery. Take it home and now it has 30+1or2 hours on it and it start doing it again even when we are driving the boat,I also check the voltage and it said I have plenty of voltage (14.7 on the crank and 14.3-14.9 on the house battery. Planning to bring it back to the dealer this weekend and let them figure it out, but every time we go there they treat us let it our fault. (I think I pick the wrong dealership) What else could it be?

Can you elaborate on the sound? Does it emit from all the speakers or just the in-boats or just the towers?

1) Indeed it is Eagle Marine
2) It sound like the the speakers is blown, it does it to all the speaker.(in the service it said speakers crackling, low voltage) We try to turn it off (the radio) for like 15-20 mins and turn it back on it work normal for like a min or two then it does it again. Ill try to get a video with good sound this weekend.

Ok, great. if all speakers do it, then its up stream in the source signal path. Does it seem to be more linked to the length of time the radio plays or the volume level. In other words, can you make the problem happen or is it more random? Also, does his happen more so with the engine off or on?

Just got a chance to play with the boat yesterday ad it seem like it linked to the length of time the radio plays and yes I can make the problem happen again. Also, it doesn't matter if the engine on or off ( well I can't turn it on when it park) ill upload the recording when I get home today. Put a battery tender on it right now and see what happen.
