So i am looking at replacing my 2008 22ve with a new Z1 or ZR2 and want to know which will provide the best Slalom ski wake for my children that only ski? any thoughts?

RZ2 is supposed to have the same or similar wake to the 22ve so they should have similar slalom wakes. The RZ2 might have a slightly smaller wake since the bow is heavier. The Z1 should be a little smaller since its a little lighter and smaller but I haven't been on one.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

How old are your children, and how fast do they ski? Call me picky, but I would have a hard time putting a ski on behind any of those boats.
But if I did, I would chose the Z1, and I would shorten the rope to 28' off and ski at 34 mph, on V-drives there is usually a sweet spot here between the water being displaced from the hull and the wake forming.Comment

late teens and they ski pretty hard at or around 34 mph at 15' off.Comment
