Dead speedometers...

Hi guys (and gals),

2003 20i and both the speedometers in the dash are not working. All the other gauges are fine. Just took the boat out after 2 years of hibernation, and haven't had time to really dig in and see what's wrong. Suggestions where to start? Thanks!

Do those have paddle wheel drive speedo's or pilot tube?

There's a paddle wheel on the rear driver's side. I am going to check to make sure everything's cool with that.
