Bullet Tower Racks

Has anyone ever purchased a Bullet Tower Rack ? I am needing to add a surfboard rack and they have one 50% off right now. I called and talked to a guy there (who was incredibly rude and unhelpful) but was curious about their quality. Thanks for the information.

My buddy on his RZR has Sampson or Swanson they look pretty nice and lock in both in and out positions.

I had picked one of there double surf racks up off ebay. Ive been really happy with the rack, course I didnt have to deal with the customer service either.
