Oh, no doubt the Vette is a pretty cool boat. But no tower, not as much seating, etc. does limit it compared to other "wake" boats. Serious question - does it have ballast? Just curious.

My first question picking up that boat would be... NO Tower?? Where do I hang my speakers?

I don't know about you East Coast guys, but ALL boats out here in the West are "...it's a little over 100mph.." Funny thing is, I have had three boats that would go over 100, the last was a 21' Schiada that had a 502, EFI with a Whipple charger on it (the other two were flat bottom Devil rides). Take people out for a ride, hit 75 and most think they were at 100. Sold the Schiada back in '03 and bought a Natique because that Schiada was no family boat.

Most of my jet boats were in the 60 to 75 mph range and I still miss those boats for the fun/dollar. I am only on my third wakeboard boat ('03 Natique Team Ed, '02 Moomba and now the '08 RZ4) and they keep getting progressively slower, but are sure a bunch of fun, and the family fits in them.
