I would offer $14k because of the hours, but my family just sold a 1997 ski centurion with a tower for $12k. The trailer was all corroded but the boat was very clean and it had 400hrs. That boat was also the same exact hull as this tige; Im pretty sure they shared the same hull mold back in the day. Its a great boat, but the rough water ride was horrible due to the flat bottom hull, it also sat pretty low in the water, but nothing to worry about unless idling in big chop. I know that engine is uncommon because they usually came with mercruiser 350's. The interior looks to be in amazing shape for its age and usage. If you do end up buying, please re-locate those tower speakers haha.
I bought a similar boat about a year and a half ago for $9500. Different brand and was a 97, but still a 21 foot open bow, but no tower or perfect pass. It had less that 400 hours when we bought it. But thats $6K higher and I think thats too much. 720 hours isn't terrible, but it sure isn't low either. Monster tower is the cheapest thing you can buy tower wise. I'd value it around 12K.
Not too bad considering all it has on it already. Might get it down just a touch. But if in great shape and still solid with no issues wouldnt bother me.

I noticed that too, all had the merc 350. Is this engine any better?
