Dealer : Daniel at Tige Water Sports in Corona, CA

    Rough water handling.

It’s excellent. I just did Safety Patrol for the Desert Storm Poker Run at Havi ( Boat 0ne at Copper Canyon). Boats were hitting 155 to 170Mph and churned the channel well.
No problem in my Tige 24ve.

Quality- The only problem on a Tige is the Fuel Gauge. Apparently something un solvable on this platform. Everything else is 100% perfection.

Plenty of storage. I mean Mondo storage!

my dealer made me a deal. It's been the boat I have always wanted. I like how it handles, how it is made, and the overall quality of the boat. Other boats feel cheap to me, not my TIGE. Plus the TAPS is awesome. I'm not a great wakeboarder, but I like to get out and have fun. With weight in it, my pro friends can get super high, they like it too.

The truth is, we were this ( ) close to buying a supra. Hesitated and the one we wanted was gone so we were back in the market. Wasn't interested in Malibu or Mastercraft or Correct Craft too much. We liked the tigés because the were wide, room, it was 21ft, good multisport boat, drove well in rough water, had a tower, perfect pass, low hours, great condition, dealer close by, blue, and came with brand new trailer. We got a call from stateamind saying a boat that we might be interested in came in we went took a look and a test drive, the price was right and we became proud owners(for 2 weeks) of a 2003 21i.

OO yeah we still have the same one.

Long story short....on our first vacation with the boat the cooling hoses "popped off" flooded the boat because the bilge pump went out. Stranded on the lake of the ozarks with no radio.

Luckily the engine died and no more water came in. And Then one of our relatives were close buy. The water did cause a few other problems over time though.

No we still love out tigé. It was used so what do you expect from something used. I think we got everything worked out so this year should be good.

To me all the tow boats are good, some have better features than others and vica versa. I'd be just as thrilled to have a BU or MC or Supra. I buy for service and someone that will stand behind their product, I feel the same about home builders and automobiles.

Wow, I don't know how I missed this thread last April. We chose a Tige because of a lot of things:

Price....As good as or better quality as higher priced boats
Ride..... Smooth as a baby's bottom in the chop.
Function.....Walk-through transom, transom storage, mega storage space.
Performance......Perfect cross-over boat, does every very well. You dont need ballast to get a great wake. If you add weight, the wake just gets better. Skiing....great, cruising/entertaining......perfect.
Comfort.....Deep hull and weight of boat makes Tige stand out against the others.

The Wife has not found an uncomfortable spot to ride yet. If the "old lady" is happy, I'm happy

Funny, I started this thread back when I started looking at all of the boats.
