Pickle fork boats?

What year did the pickle fork first come out and what size of boat and is it a good surf boat also.

I think the rz2 came out in 07. Seems to be the most popular model Tige has made to date!

The mastercraft Xstar came out with picklefork I believe in 2002 or 2003. They were the first. I have heard the X star doesnt surf very well.

If you are just referring to Tige, the RZ2 came out in '07 and the RZ4 followed shortly thereafter. If you referring to pickleforks in general, they have been around for decades. RZ2 is an awesome surf boat!

Sorry I just thought u were referring to Tige boats. I'm not sure on years but Tige was nowhere near first company to build one.

Picklefork boats came out in the 1960s, were reintroduced by Cobalt and then MC then Tige then MB, they technicle were called sponson bows.

Mastercraft was far from the first. 64 Tri-hull and no, not a good surf boat Id say 2nd to release a pickle-fork wake boat is pretty close to first

They would be a good surf boat too. '07 would be slightly better due to the Tige Speed Set but '06 is pretty nice too.

Wow didn't think I would get a history lesson on pickle fork boats when I threw that add in. Thanks guys I continue the search for that perfect surf boat. If you know of one that is in the price range of $40000. Let me know. Thx
