    Losing power fuel fitler?

Ok guys need help asap! So I hit a stump in my boat ended up having to replace everything shaft, prop, fins, ect. Boat sat at the shop for 2 1/2 months finally get it back take it out on the river and runs great in idle but when I get over 10 mph it loses power then kicks back in, loses power, kicks back in non stop. I thought it was bad gas so I drained the fuel tank put a can of seafoam in it with 23 gallons of premium. Take it back out the next day and same thing. Has anybody ever had this problem? plan on changing out the fuel filter tomorrow.

Had a similar problem last year and yes, it was the fuel filter. My boat only had 20 hours on it at the time. I changed mine out with a NAPA equivalent filter.

Your boat with a PCM engine was able to use a NAPA fuel filter in the fuel control cell (FCC)? I ordered mine this year from Skidim but only because I didn't think it was a standard part.

It was the inline filter located just outside the fuel tank. I replaced with a NAPA filter at the advice of my dealer. It matched very close to the factory filter.
