    TAPS gauge not working

just wondering if anybody has run into the gauge on the taps not moving at all, all the wires are hooked up and the taps itself is working just can't dial in the position because I don't know other then all the way up or all the way down.

    I have a tige pre 2200v wt 1998

    thanks

Smarter members will tell you how to fix it, sounds like you need a new gague, but you don't need the gague to work to use it. Start off with the Taps plate full down, or 1, and after the boat is on plane slowly raise the bow, increasing taps, to get the wake the way you want. Once it's set for you don't reset it until your done riding, the next rider can fine tune their wake with the driving using hand signals. Obviously the major downside is you can't just set your desired taps number without a few seconds of setup each time you ride. Good luck.

Where would I find a replacement TAPS gauge... Are there any good web sites or marinas to buy original Tige parts from?

before replacing the guage, Id replace the small green wires from the guage to the the back. They break very easy.
