Black bumper rail peeling from fork

Anyone have any issues with the bumper pulling from the rail of the pickle fork? Any thoughts on how to make it stay where it is suppose to be? I keep trying to push back in place but it won't hold.

That happens on my RZR also. The bumper rail has some stretch to it, and at least on mine it seems to tighten up and is not able to make the sharp pickle fork corners after awhile.

So far my solution is to pull out the bumper rail from the front pickle fork section and a few feet going down the side and stretch a little, then re-insert back in the grove.

With the extra stretch it has no problems making the tight corners and stays in place for a few months.

Our dealer tried to tell us "its normal for that to happen" I told them to put on the steel rub rail that is held on by screws - never have this problem with that. One solution is to heat it up with a heat gun and make it nice and plyable to get it back in there.

Heat it up with a heat gun (or a hot sunny day works well too) and put it back in place. When you are done, pour some ice water on it or use cold running water from your hose to "set it" into place. My dealer showed me how to do this, and it will stay for quite awhile. Every now and then I'll have to redo it, but it only takes a few minutes.
